Danielle is a credentialed Dietitian-Nutritionist, passionate about nourishment through real, whole foods. With a background in chemistry and nutrition science, she is able to balance research and science-based evidence with tradition, inner wisdom, and intuition. She believes in taking the focus off of weight and self-judgment by instead choosing health goals that align with your core values. She takes a holistic approach to nutrition, seeking to understand root causes, and ultimately honoring each body's unique needs.

The mission of Roots to Raisin is to bring foundational nutritional information to everyone. I seek to educate, encourage, and inspire you and your family wherever you are on your food journey.

 

I think it is just as important to tell you what my mission is not. My goal is never to convince you of anything, because I believe you know what is best for your family at any given time. Instead, I wish to provide you with information so that you may make informed choices.
